DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, Teamsters Local 848 will gladly replace the item or offer a substitution of equal value or refund your purchase according to the method of payment. Claims need to be submitted within 30 days from the date the order was received.


REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted, no questions asked, within 30 days from the date your order was received. Simply return the product in new/unworn condition, with the original packaging and tags/labels. All refunds or exchanges purchased online must first be returned, as per the instructions below, prior to receiving a refund or placing an exchange order. Returns will be processed within 15 business days from the date they are received by Teamsters Local 848. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Teamsters Local 848 proudly and exclusively uses UPS. Orders will be prepared and shipped within 10 business days from the date the order was placed. You will be notified if there are any delays with your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
