In this conclusion to The Communicator, we recapped the discussion fromm last month about TEAMster and ME-ster leadership and its effects on the cycle of INTERACTIONAL COMMUNICATION. We also discussed creating a game plan to grow as communicators and making first impression through an exercise on creating creating new member packets. This presentation is shared here for your future reference and as a guide to help you grow in your #StewardRoles. We hope to see you at the next Shop Steward meeting where we will be introducing the next #StewardRole – The Negotiator.
See you There!
