In our letter of November 4th, 2013, we stated that Local Union 848 agreed that the December 2011 election is void. That is not correct.
Per the stipulation, Local 848 did not admit to violating any federal laws in its December 1, 2011 election and agreed only to conduct new nominations and an election for all officer positions under the supervision of the Secretary of Labor.
